We streamlined our caption/subtitle service workflow. This new system speeds up and simplifies the file sharing process, to serve you better.
We created a Customer Page (My Space) to streamline all the work we do for you.
After you create an account with your email address and a password for the Order Form, you can use the login for My Space. Now you can access everything from one page.
It is recommended, you use the same email and password for all 3 pages:
1. Order Form (also same for Customer Page)
2. My Files (Box.com)
3. My Invoices (Freshbooks)
Our new order form makes order placements easier for you. This new order form has a lot of advantages.
- You can create an account (same as for Customer area) with your secured login info.
- For subsequent orders, you do not have to enter all the data like your name, address, phone number, email address etc.
- If you have a new job just like the last job, you can fill in the data from the last job and make minor changes like project name etc.
- It will save you time when submitting a new job.
We are now using a new system to transfer files between you and us. If we are currently working with you on some project(s), we will send you an invitation via www.box.com
Please accept the invitation and create and account (free) using the same login info for Customer page and Order form if possible. Follow this link to create box.com account
You can upload and download all files via this system from now on as described in the "Customer Area" section above. The maximum file size that can be shared via Box.com is 10 GB which should accommodate virtually most files. If your file size is larger than 10 GB, you can still use your preferred way to send files to us.
